18th Street Bungalows is located in historic Armory Park, one of the oldest and most aesthetically pleasing neighborhoods in Tucson. Founded in the 1860’s, Armory Park developed and grew as a result of the rail industry.

The four sophisticated 18th Street Bungalows have been designed by Rob Paulus Architects to preserve the neighborhood’s rich history externally, while internally providing modern, airy and spacious living. Each home features efficiency, double height lofts, natural lighting, north facing front porches as well as one on-site parking space.

18th Street Bungalows is located just 150 yards from 5 Points Market & Restaurants, which in June 2015 received a nod from the New York Times for their culinary expertise. Downtown Tucson and its plethora of dining and entertainment options may be accessed just a half a mile away via lit sidewalks and bike lanes.

Armory Park was listed on the US National Register of Historic Places in 1976.

Since his firm’s inception in 1995, Rob Paulus Architects has received more than 60 local, regional and national awards.
